SCHROTH METHOD (Scoliosis)

The Schroth Method is a specialized, exercise-based approach to managing scoliosis, a condition that causes abnormal curvature of the spine. It focuses on restoring postural alignment through customized 3D exercises and breathing techniques. These exercises help elongate the trunk, correct asymmetries, and strengthen spinal and core muscles. At our center, therapists assess each individual’s curve pattern and design a program that retrains the body’s posture and movement, helping reduce pain, improve balance, and prevent curve progression.
